Chris Ginski - Director, Key Accounts
Chris Ginski joined GCG Financial in February 2010 as Director, Key Accounts. She is responsible for managing the GCG Account Executive team including training and developing consulting expertise within the team of Account Executives. Chris also manages assigned accounts through marketing, renewals, carrier negotiations, preparation of presentation and proposal materials, employee enrollment and education meetings and assisting in any day-to-day Client issues.
Chris has 16 years of experience in Corporate Human Resources and Benefits Consulting. Prior to joining GCG, Chris held management positions in Employee Benefits Administration, Key Account Management and Benefit Sales. Chris demonstrates strong customer service and follow-through skills to her Clients and their employees.
Chris earned a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from University of Illinois and a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago. She currently lives in Naperville, Illinois with her children, Megan, Erin and Chloe.
