Eric Rosenbloom brings extensive financial and business expertise to his position as a financial advisor at GCG Financial. He works closely with individuals, families, and businesses to create and implement customized financial strategies to help protect their financial security. He also advises business owners on succession strategies, managing employee benefits, and creating executive compensation strategies.
Eric has held various financial management positions and has served a diverse group of clients for over twenty years. His comprehensive experience spans many industries, including manufacturing, wholesale distribution, real estate, and retail.
Eric became a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and started his career in public accounting after graduating with honors from the University of Illinois with a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
He then entered the private sector as a Controller in the broadcasting and telecommunications industries. Eric was consistently recognized for his superior skills in troubleshooting and creative problem resolution and was promoted to Vice President of Finance early in his career.
Subsequently, he was noted for his outstanding achievements and was hired as the Chief Financial Officer for a telecommunications distributor. After several years with the distribution group he enthusiastically accepted the position of CFO and Treasurer at a large retail cellular company.
Throughout his career Eric has consulted business owners and individuals on a variety of financial issues. Typical areas of advisement have included employee benefits, business protection, family security, tax-efficient strategies, retirement plans, and education strategies.
Eric enjoys actively serving on several school district committees due to his keen interest in children's education and welfare. He has also served on a fundraising foundation for kidney cancer research. Eric values spending time with his family and coaching youth baseball, basketball, and soccer.
