A Vice President of GCG Financial, Inc., Mitch Ratnow combines interpersonal skills with a strong insurance and investment background. His primary areas of expertise include personal insurance, investment strategies and business solutions which incorporate employee benefits. Other areas of concentration are personal and business solutions strategies. Having proven himself time and again, Mitch’s long-term client relationships include emerging executives, varied professionals and business owners. So what makes him so valuable aside from his extensive knowledge? His incredible talent to communicate straightforward solutions to complex problems in an easily understood manner. Furthermore, Mitch’s ability to maintain warm client relationships while recommending client-cenered solutions for their business and personal finances has repeatedly positioned him as a valuable, as well as permanent, resource.
Mitch is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and often acts as a mentor to new GCG Financial associates. Since completing his Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences at Northern Illinois University, Mitch has continually attended various schools and seminars in order to remain current on industry standards and developments. In addition, he also holds the designation of Life Underwriters Training Council Fellow.
Mitch and his wife Amy live in Vernon Hills with their children, Shep, Brock and Devyn. He enjoys basketball, working out and, most importantly, spending time with family and friends. What’s more, Mitch is active in and supports a number of charities and organizations.
