Susan specializes in helping business owners, key executives and professionals in the areas of executive compensation, deferred compensation, succession strategies and retirement. She understands that a business or professional practice is ultimately indistinguishable from the individual's overall financial success. Susan brings to bear the expertise necessary to optimize cash flow and net worth. Prior to joining GCG she consulted with middle market companies.

Susan holds a BS in Marketing and International Business and an MBA specializing in Finance from the University of Colorado. Susan has also obtained the professional designation of Certified Financial Planner™ professional. Susan takes great pride in working with Rotary International where she has held a number of board positions. She also works with organizations focusing on childhood education (I Have a Dream) and mentoring women re-entering the work force from prison (Miracles).
Susan and her husband Wes live in Centennial, Colorado. They have two college age children.
