Tina Geraldi, CBC, GBDS - Vice President of Specialty Benefits Practice
Tina Geraldi, CBC, CBDS, joined GCG Financial in February 2006 and became Vice President of Ancillary & Employee Benefits in 2008. Her responsibilities include product review and sale of new and renewal employee benefits programs, including life, disability, dental, FMLA, voluntary worksite benefits, international benefits, long term care and dependent audits.
She brings a consultative approach to the sale of ancillary lines of coverage. Her role is to partner with GCG brokers to identify ancillary benefit opportunities on existing clients as well as new prospects. Tina's consultative approach and strong technical background to the ancillary market gives GCG a strong advantage against our competitors. Tina has been on producer advisory committees with the top ancillary carriers which have provided tremendous value in pricing and plan negotiations.
Tina attended Harrington Institute of Interior Design and then joined Unum Chicago branch office in 1992. Her 13 years at UnumProvident provided experience in individual disability sales, client account management and sales support management.
Most of Tina's time outside of the office is spent with her husband, family and friends doing various activities such as reading, sports and just relaxing.
